Kim Garam and the Le Sserafim Bullying Scandal: An Analysis of False Accusations and Accountability

Kim Garam from Le Sserafim is Innocent. All malicious rumors surrounding her have been refuted, except for one truth: Kim Garam was involved in verbal harassment toward the alleged victim, Eunseo. Nevertheless, it has been revealed that Eunseo, the so-called victim, was responsible for a more serious offense. She had taken and posted photo(s) of Kim Garam's friend without underwear onto social media without permission.

What Does Holding Someone Accountable Mean and How Does It Work?

Holding someone accountable means ensuring they take responsibility for their actions or fulfill their commitments. This process involves establishing clear expectations, setting goals or agreements, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and addressing any issues that may arise. Accountability requires communication, trust, and a commitment to follow through on agreed-upon consequences. Ultimately, accountability helps individuals grow, improve, and maintain their integrity.

In fact, this discussion may no longer be valid since Kim Garam has already been held accountable by receiving a level 5 disciplinary action from the SCHOOL VIOLENCE COMMITTEE. This level of punishment is not uncommon for students at Kyeongin Middle School, where it ranks alongside level 1.

Kim Garam openly confessed to joining others in verbally threatening Eunseo. Moreover, she expressed remorse for her actions and clarified that she never resorted to physical violence. She also released the entire document from the school violence committee as evidence to support her position.

Many other false rumors circulated, including claims that Kim Garam hit people on the head with a brick or a flower pot. If these rumors were true, there would likely be additional supporting documents. However, no such evidence exists.

Kim Garam admitted to making a mistake by not reporting the inappropriate actions of Eunseo and posting photos of her friend without consent to the school. Instead of letting the matter rest, she took matters into her own hands. However, she was a minor at the time, which should be taken into consideration.

Despite her wrongdoing, people should have given her a second chance. This occurred when she was just 12 years old. In conclusion, Kim Garam did not physically harm anyone, including Eunseo.
