Dopplegangers and the Journey After a Relationship

Do You See Dopplegangers of Your TF?

Yes, especially when I deliberately try to forget him and try to move on. His name and face everywhere.

Before Ascension, my obsessive thoughts about him were overwhelming. I used to think about his name and his doppelgangers all the time. But that was before my journey towards moving on began.

Psychological Impact of a Relationship End

Hi. No, I don’t. Besides, a person is only supposed to have one doppelganger, not several. You seem to be talking about people who look similar to your TF rather than an identical match. It is not uncommon to see people who resemble your TF, but it’s quite rare to find someone who truly resembles them in every detail.

Personally, I haven’t met a person yet that comes even remotely close to looking like my TF. So, hope this helps.

Unexpected Encounters: Scrubs and Similar Faces

Twoish years ago… My TF and I both knew we were TFs… I had just come out of the hospital before Christmas and was sitting in my car putting the seatbelt on when this guy dressed in scrubs walked in front of my car and looked so much like my TF I had to take a double take. I was kinda startled by this because at the time I was still a little scared to meet him, and we hadn’t yet.

Back then, I was also afraid of him randomly showing up. Additionally, there was a lot going on with my medical issues, and I was in a lot of pain from the connection. My family didn’t have a Christmas dinner at home; we just went out to a restaurant because it was easier.

The hostess took us to our table and then when the waiter came out, I couldn’t look at him in the eyes. I must have seemed extremely rude to him, but I couldn’t help it because he also looked just like my TF. I really didn’t enjoy dinner and wanted to leave as soon as possible.

A Second Encounter: The System of Recognition and Recognition

These two people I met within a week of each other amid my medical issues. The next time I talked to my TF, he brought up how he had seen two people who looked like me. He mentioned that one of them was crazy, and the other was the bar waitress or something. He also told me one of them had a boyfriend when I told him to date one of them. This was due to the fact that my TF used to say things like, "I want a lover just like you." And I apparently was almost enough but not completely enough but at least met the enough part that was attractive.

It hasn’t happened since with me calling them dopplegangers… I don’t know. It was enough to freak me out both times, and the fact that my TF brought up the same thing next time we talked... I didn’t mention my experience with him.

Conclusion: Dealing with the Aftermath

After this period, I started to move on. It was a difficult journey, but slowly but surely, I learned to live without the constant reminders of my ex. Encounters with people who resemble my TF became less frequent, and my mind had started to heal. The ability to forget and move on is a powerful tool, and finding new experiences and relationships helped me find peace.

If you are going through a similar journey, remember that time heals all wounds, and new opportunities will come. Don’t be afraid to embrace your past, learn from it, and move forward.
